Scotland's Western Isles - perhaps the most beautiful coastline of northern Europe, with the warmth of a Hebridean welcome. Cruise the spectacular west coast of Scotland, the Orkneys and Shetlands, remote, unmissable St Kilda and, mid-season, a brief foray to France. Seventeen unique, 4 to 14 night itineraries, mostly from the West Highland port of Oban, between March and November.

Hebridean Princess is Hebridean's original vessel. Specially commissioned in 1965 for the waters of the rugged west coast of Scotland, she commenced sailing under the Hebridean Island Cruises' flag after a full refit in 1989, establishing a unique and unusual style of cruising.

Just 49 guests are cared for by around 38 crew as she sails perhaps the most beautiful coastline of northern Europe, Scotland's Western Isles.

Between March and November she embarks on four to ten night cruises exploring the Inner and Outer Hebrides and venturing north to the Orkneys and Shetlands, with a mid-season foray to France.

In the country house party atmosphere of Hebridean Princess the emphasis is on no entertainment - with the occasional impromptu musical evening on the Skye Deck. Curl up in an armchair with a book in the wood-panelled Library, admire stunning Scottish scenery from the Look Out Lounge or the Skye Deck, exercise in the gym or browse in the Princess shop. Join the activities ashore - or simply unwind in the quiet of one of the three lounges, the art of farniente Hebridean-style.

On Hebridean Princess freedom of choice is fundamental - to do as much or as little as you please. Our resident guide accompanies two visits ashore most days, sometimes by tender or by beach landing onto remote or otherwise inaccessible beaches. Whether on a coach excursion, an energetic walk, a gentle stroll or on one of the ship's bikes, an experienced guide is on hand to offer invaluable first-hand knowledge.

Enjoy the most spectacular scenery imaginable - right on our doorstep - with gardens and castles, islands to explore and ports only accessible to private yachts in inimitable Hebridean style.

The tariff is fully inclusive of all shore trips described in our itineraries.
